When we receive a request from a homeowner, our team will review the request.

We will then correspond with the homeowner as necessary to obtain all of the information required for approval.

Once the request is complete, our team will send an approval notification to the board. The board members (or committee members) then approve the request through our online portal.

Our team is always there to assist when necessary!
